Research

The Center for Virtual Care and its faculty actively participate in a wide range of research activities designed to advance our understanding of virtual care. Areas of focus include care delivery, medical education, and technology innovation. 

Our faculty are recipients of funding from the AAMC, AHRQ, and other traditional research funders, and receive support from industry and defense sector grants and contracts. 

As part of its research mission, each year the CVC highlights and promotes academic research by hosting the “Virtual Care in the Mainstream” research symposium.
